You can use your Verizon VoiceWing service whenever you travel in the United States by plugging your adapter into a DSL or cable modem broadband connection.
Extra Services Account
When you sign up with VoiceWing, Verizon will give you $10 toward your "Extra Services Account." You can the account to make any international and directory assistance calls which aren't included in your monthly rate.
The Extra Services Account is similar to a pre-paid debit account in
which a certain dollar amount is set aside to cover any charges on your
Verizon VoiceWing account that are not covered in the monthly fee such
as International Calling and Directory Assistance calls.
Charges are automatically deducted from your Extra Services Account as optional services are used. Once the balance reaches $2.50, the account is automatically replenished with a $15 charge to your credit card, or whatever re-charge amount over $15 you have selected from your Personal Account Manager.
