There is mixed feedback about Packet8 customer service. While there are many complains for unavailability of adequate and efficient customer service there are also people who are happy with the service they have got. A frequent complain about Packet8 service is the delay and mess-ups with local number porting. Though they have a toll free number for support within USA, subscribers outside USA needs to call a regular US phone number for support. Packet8 customer support is available from 5.00am to 7.00pm PDT Monday through Saturday and technical support is available from 5.00am to 9.00pm PDT Monday to Saturday.
