AxVoice VoIP service has some plans worth considering but their $34.95 one-time activation fee and $14.95 shipping fee are a bit steep in my opinion. In fact I think they should drop those two fees all together and they would move up in my overall recommendations for VoIP services. Support also seems to be via email only (live help is also on their website but no one was on it at the time of this review). A toll-free support number would have been a huge plus. Overall they have decent plan pricing and a nice list of free features but the extra signup fees and lack of a support number makes me conclude that there are probably better choices. I have not heard anything in regards to their service reliability.
